It's time I was in bed but I saw this A to Z thing on a blog in a galaxy far far away and just *had* to sit here obsessively filling in the letters with random *stuff* for the start of May.

The bluebells are looking particularly pretty this week so I took a walk around the garden and took a few pics. They don't last *all* that long so you have to get them while they're at their best. Anyway, I thought I'd share the photos I took (under the cut of course as I suspect they're huge and might mess up people's friends' pages.)

Hope everyone is enjoying the nice long Easter break? I seem to have been rather busy with family for a couple of weeks, culminating in grandkids staying this week. Lovely, but not a lot of time for keeping up with LJ. My reading habit has suffered too. Never mind, normal activities will be resumed today and hopefully I can catch up a bit with ( Read more... )

LJ did go down late last night didn't it? It can't just have been me who plonked themselves down in front of their pc ready to enjoy commenting on a few posts, answering comments, uploading a few new icons, only to get about 10 mins into the fun and find LJ sticking two virtual fingers up at them? I remembered that I haven't posted my Cornish coast pics that I took when we were in Cornwall last month, so here goes. These were taken on my birthday in fact. It was a gorgeous day so we left the hotel in Camborne, fairly early, and headed towards the north coast. Godrevy lighthouse was our first stop.
