I just finished my book. I cried. It was so not smut. I cried. It was the best book I've ever read. I don't usually cry at the end of books. I cried.

Ironically, it isn't the actual act of competitive speaking that causes the joy. It's the people and the discussions we have while waiting to speak competitively. That may not sound remarkable but remarkable wasn't what I was going for anyway.

I think I have an apathy problem-not just with school but with other things as well. However, I can't get into it all gung-ho and in proper LJ mopey-me fashion because I really, really should start studying now.
