The grades for the last assignment were far from impressive. However, the content--off topic or actually on topic--was refreshing to read. Most of you appear to have strong senses of justice.

really? Light and L both strike me more as Ravenclaw, bc they have intelligence above all else :P.

I just view L as a jerkface, honestly. He constantly lies in the series (as stated in How to Read: 13), works for his own benefit, and does whatever it takes and uses whoever it takes to get what he wants. And the Slytherin values suit him more than the Ravenclaw ones do; "ambition, cunning and resourcefulness" versus "intelligence, creativity, wit and wisdom".

It could go both ways, of course, the way my friend plays L he's more Ravenclaw than Slytherin~

Hmm. Well I have a big beef with how to read 13, as i think ohba lost direction of the series after the first arc. Its such bullshit that not given the death note light would have gone on to become a wonderful person who helped the justice system, its such bs in my opinion. Light never really had morals, the same with L, they just wanted to keep themselves occupied.

L's not malicious though. I cant really call L a jerkface, as he just uses those who are stupid to get anything done otherwise xD. I unno, to me the intelligence in both of them trumps everything else bc its the heart of who they are.

I guess I could see L in slytherin, but I dont tend to hink of L as a real ass, haha. he is one, but more subtlely so me thinks.
