so sleepy...

I wrote this and then this and then would have written more here or somewhere (ever stand at the crossroads wondering where to go next?) and then thought of you here at LJ and realized there is not enough time to write here either, but I did anyway...

wish you were here J

If someone truly knew everything of who we are, where would the excitement go? Where would the thrill of learning something knew be found? If we knew everything there was to know about another, would we grow tired and bored and wander off in search of another being that we could grow with and who might grow with us as our knowledge of one another expanded?

Hook is one of my favorite movies.

maybe it's a self-deflating balloon, but I imagine after becoming one with another (knowing as much as possible), the excitement is in completely sharing the wonder and excitement of every experience to come, including the new stuff we learn about ourselves experiencing the universe as a duo... and together we'd wander off in search of new people and experiences to share because the sharing with each other is what matters most... in other words, why be bored all by ourselves when we can be bored with someone we know is a permanent part of the us we create together (two heads finding ways out of boredom is better than one? :)

I don't tend to think anyone can ever really know everything about another person... I'm not even sure we ever really know everything about ourselves.
