So I am looking to change no matter what. I weight myself today and learned I'm 405. I need your help. I am looking for healthy diet ideas. Along with starting a gym regament I need this for myself bad.

Saturday night was very fun got the vip treatment at the concert all thanks to a friend and being free to drive some place far here is a pic of who i saw. I will write more about it when i am not still so sore from the day.
