I work with International students and the students from India always have the worst time dealing with the US "obsession with time." Even at graduation, we will have a few Indian students show up a few hours late and be astounded that the ceremony has moved on without them. And I used to think I was laid back when it came to time!
On the other hand, they are wonderful to work with, because they always have all their documents so organized (if you will forgive me for making a cultural generalization). And, since I mainly deal with students via e-mail instead of in-person appointments, I don't have any problems. Well, other than the student who told me I wasn't a very dedicated worker because I didn't answer my e-mails on Saturday or Sunday (and he sent almost a dozen in order to make me realize how important his problem was.)

Also, when you stop in London I recommend the British library and the Churchill war rooms if you did see those last time you were in London.
