I find it rather frightening that as people get older, they tend to have fewer and fewer close friends. Why is that? Too much time devoted to work, life partners or whatever? A day off. The new store is great. I'm worried about the traffic though. Not enough people have walked through our doors. Its only the first week, so I'm sure it will get better. Every once in a while someone comes into your life and affects you in every way. If it weren't for him I probably wouldn't still be playing the sax. It was just a dream. Sometimes in dreams you don't see things exactly as you should. I think the reality I am about to wake up to is much better and just maybe, I won't dream for a long while. . .

I thought she was part of a dream; a sort of consolation prize for my emotional rolloercoaster that was 2004.
