Heat
My office has reached the second lowest temperature it has been in... well, weeks, I think. Since the new air conditioner was installed in our server room, anyway.
It's about seventy-eight degrees in here. And it feels cool, because it's usually at least 80.
I really need a new office... -

...And I just spent an hour chatting with the health inspector for the Town of Sunderland. Looks like everyone is trying to be reasonable, and we may be able to get everything resolved in the next couple weeks. Which would be amazing, given how long all this garbage has been going on. -

I finally got around to putting new tires on my bike. The front tube was ok, so I re-used it, but the back one... I'm not actually sure how it held air. It was twisted and folded all around the valve, which explains why the valve didn't stick straight out from the rim.
