I'm sitting in my favorite room in the house and for the first time doing something other than cleaning it or eating with family. I've just paid some bills. I went to the college today for guidance in how to pursue a dream and ended up taking a math placement test. I didn't need to take the English test. The swim meet was thunderstormed out on Wednesday night, so we planned to have it last night (as is protocol in weather like we're having)... but the opposing team forgot to show up. Talking to my sister-in-law on the phone and things are O.K. Right now, she's not judging me... and I'm feeling more inclined to talk with her - feeling safer, freer from her judgement.
