For Christmas this year, I brought home a new cat! It was time, and this rescue sort of fell into my lap right when I was ready to start looking. She's really sweet and cuddly, but also still a bit hyper, so we're still in that learning phase. She's already litter trained, though, and loves her scratching post, so my furniture and everything are

Cute! I would suggest we get your cat and my dog together for a playgroup, but cats tend not to like my dog. (She loves them. Maybe a little too much.)

Ha, I have no idea how this one would react to dogs, tbh. She didn't seem afraid of my parents' dogs, but they tried to keep them apart anyway just to be safe.

I keep meaning to message you again to hang out, but the holidays have been so distracting!

Adorable!

And you can never go wrong with little stuffed mice. Our Lulu likes to collect them and hide them underneath furniture until they're all gone, then cry until we dig them out again.

Yes! I got her one already but I will definitely have to get more. It always seems to end up under the same bookcase every five minutes.
