Exercise update (no bragging here)

I think I can safely say that grad school ate my free time. The first two weeks of this quarter have made me stress monkey with no time so my gym time has suffered.

Yea! You're all sweaty again!

You might add some sit ups-- they are really great for the ego since they tend to cause some "waist-ing" away.

You said the next few months are going to be interesting, so keep reminding yourself that you are doing this for your mind! No migraines! Eventually, especially this summer you can start being more careful with the calories.
