While I've stopped going to the gym as the end of the quarter approached (I really needed that extra 1.5 hours to get everything done!) I did get in touch with a cousin who's a nutritionist and started logging my food again. This morning I'm down to 176! Ok, so this week's average is a less impressive 177.3 but that's a whole 2 pounds better then

I was finding I had petered out with my last food log. I was just not making any progress weight wise. Switching to a exercise focus helped for a bit and then I hit a platue there too. I think the key might be to keep switching between the two focuses for me. I don't know, we'll see. My near goal is 170 but ideally I would love to be down to 160 (I haven't been down to 160 since I was 13 or something).
