Why do people dream about things that are already done and over with? I don't like that. Is there a way to make my subconscious subconscience subconscious stop doing that?

Melatonin supplement pills. You get really vivid and colourful dreams.

I don't know what melatonin is. Is it safe?

I'd suggest Dreamless Sleep, but someone's probably already done that and I don't know what the effects of using it long-term would be.

I don't want to not dream at all. I just don't want to dream about one thing that's stupid to dream about.

Some would say that since dreams are messages, that decrypting and solving what your memory is trying to tell you would be what would stop them.

You could also try meditating and either clearing your mind or focusing your thoughts on something completely different before bed, though I can't promise that would work.

I don't know if my memory is trying to tell me something, or if it's just being obnoxious and mean. But I can try the other stuff. Thanks.

I can't promise anything, of course. But my job can be rather graphic at times, and so focusing on something else, even just breathing seems to keep most nightmares at bay.

I'm sorry. I wish I could help you. Michael is smart. Ask him.
