How Not To Procrastinate
I'm always looking for new ways to get organised, because it still surprises me how inefficient I can be when left to my own devices. Having selfishly seized control of the waterway, I growled and stomped and only the bravest of knights dared swim across my territory! With my terrible teeth and crooked claws I drove them from my place, ceaselessly plowing up and down to protect my domain!
Or, from a different point of view, I went swimming and was beset by many children.( Cut for children ) -
So, so very, very blue
Today we went skiing. These are not photos from that, but just because when we went then, the sky was also so summery blue, and I got slightly pinked.

Ordinary Obsession
Apparently I'm not the only person who likes taking pictures of completely ordinary things. There is, in fact, a whole magazine dedicated not to turning these things into art by tricks and nice framing, but in seeing the art in their essential dullness.
Or perhaps I have that back to front. -
The Great Con
I've just been watching The Sting with The Parents. Released in 1973, it's the father of all modern con films. It's still very watchable, and slips down as easily as Ocean's Eleven or the BBC's Hustle, or any of these other quasi-Robin Hood films ( Read more... )
