Hot.
Yes, it's really hot. On the way back from the grocery store the temperature readout in the car said 102. At home, the thermometer on the porch read 100 as does the one here in the kitchen. Need advice on Desktop Publishing
For the next three years, it will be my job to put out the annual "Yearbook" for an organization I belong to. This mainly consists of a member directory, but also includes lists of National, State, District, and local officers and the program schedule for the current year. It's officially Spring!
Today has been a work-outside day. Jeb and Charlie worked on the vines in the hedge by the driveway. The grass has been cut. Richard and I hosed off the screened porch and scrubbed the chairs and table that we use out there. The porch has now dried and we have moved the chairs, etc. back from the patio. Sports
We're not what you would call die-hard sports fans. We watch the Super Bowl and maybe a play-off game, usually a few games of the World Series, an occasional tennis match. The boys watch things like the XGames. And of course, we all watch the Olympics. But for the regular seasons, we don't have favorite pro teams, although I do sometimes favor ( Read more... )
