Cloak is almost done!
All that's left on Charlie's cloak is to hem it and put on some kind of ties. They are at fighter practice this afternoon and I want to discuss the ties with them. Also, I'd like to let it hang for a day or so before we measure the hem ( Read more... ) -
Much to do....
With all the things on my to-do list for this week*, I really didn't need something else. Charlie needs a new cloak for WoW next weekend. The one he'd been wearing is really too small. It was made from a lady's pattern that I used for myself almost 30 years ago. At the time I made his (fur lined), it fit. Now, he's 6'1" with broad shoulders ( Read more... ) -

Does anyone have photos from Donal's and my Investiture as Baron and Baroness of Marinus in September 1987? I know some people were taking pictures, but we never got copies of any of them to my knowledge. -
First Day of School
Richard is off for the first day of his Senior year of High School this morning. He woke up fairly easily - but that won't last more than a few days, knowing him. Does anyone have a link for KWCS? I'm sure one has been posted, but I didn't bookmark it. It's not included in the Atlantian Calendar of Events. Donal wants to go to War of the Wings that weekend and I need some info. -
Back home
We're back from our trip. We attended my niece's wedding in Pittsburgh on Saturday and then spent a few days with family outside Charleston, WV. I'll post more when I'm unpacked and awake ( Read more... ) -
