Oh dear. I am sorry but I really do not want any Altoid marshmallows. Much as I love your marshmallows generally... no. I will consider if I can come up with any disposal methods. Is there anyone you are Not Pleased With?
Interestingly I recently had mint chocolate chip tofutti cuties, which sounded like a really good idea, but they were also way too minty.
*laugh* I'm planning to make another batch, adding one or two marshmallows from this batch in as the mint flavoring, so I shall bring a few of those if they do turn out. But, no, I don't blame anyone who would not want your-breath-will-be-fresh-and-mentholated-for-hours marshmallows. (We had fish cakes last night. The marshmallows still won.)
I've found that I've grown less excited about minty things than I was when I was younger (favorite ice cream flavor was formerly mint chocolate chip. Now, it's not. Maybe moose tracks, or possibly cherry-chocolate, or that fantastic chocolate with chocolate-covered almonds... but not mint.). Not sure why that is; some sort of tastebud morph, I guess. But mint sort of tends to take over (both gardens and flavors!). I still like peppermint tea, and, apparently, some quantity of peppermint marshmallows...
They really are far too minty for "normal" tastes, but if you'd still like to try them, you'd be welcome to send me your address and we can see if they get there. :-) I've mailed marshmallows from one coast to another within the US, and it's worked surprisingly well, so I suspect they'd survive the voyage? Also, I'm sending something off to someone in Australia this week, so it wouldn't be any extra trouble. :-) Just let me know. :-)
I would be happy to take some off your hands. I bet they would be wonderful with a dark chocolate fondue. My husband will gag and say eww but I LOVE mint! :-)
Er... then you'll *really* love these? Or they may still be too strong. But I'll bring some, and you can decide for yourself. They'd make good air fresheners, anyway...
