My Twilight Rant *Warning: Spoilers*
Because it had to go somewhere. So here it goes.
First though, you should definitely check out "Alex Reads Twilight." (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2L253VLwH3w) I laughed out loud on numerable occasions watching these videos. Not to mention he is SPOT ON. I love it.
( First off, I am embarrassed to report that I have read ALL four books. The third of which I read all in one day. In my defense I was sick, on the couch all day, and it was a snow day. ) -

This post is trivial. And I'm at work right now.
So whenever I go to the libe to use a computer there because the one's in my office are all being used, and I can't use mine due to a certain application, or the wireless being dead or any various thing that comes up I've taken to grabbing a magazine to skim as I wait for the computer to start up. things i like about davis
Friendliness. People will say hi when you're walking along the bike path, or running, or whatever. Perfect strangers too. Quite unlike Paris, where you can go on a run and go past a million different people who are probably perfectly nice but not one makes eye contact or smiles or anything ( Read more... ) -
I have a lot of writing to do. In French. So instead, I'll write something incoherent here.
I think I've figured out why I'm not very good with strangers/super awkward all the time. Yes, I'm self conscious, and don't want to look like an idiot. But I think it's because I can't read people. I can't tell whether they're judging me, or just don't care. And normally I assume the worst, leaving me looking stupid. I don't know why, but I just ( Read more... ) -

So tonight I definitely wasted too much time on the internet. Of course, I was also kind of re-setting up my computer. I just got it back today-the hard drive crashed, and I lost EVERYTHING (except my photos and music that I'd backed up. Rambutans! or Make it Wayne or The Epic Hawaii Adventure
So, I just got home last night at close to 2am and found out I had to wake up at 8 (read:6am HI time) to go to Point Reyes. Instead of finally getting a good nights sleep.
