Good news:  Kaia came home!  (well not 100% intentionally, she was too skittish to stay even when she wandered in and tried to get away  but my parents successfully caught her.)  So even though we won't see her for a few weeks since she's in MA, we know where she is and that she's okay.   She's currently under "room arrest" in my old room at my ( Read more... )

So, I'm working* tomorrow at the New Town Wine Festival in Williamsburg.  I don't think there are very many people who see this in the W'burg area but if you're there, come by.  New Town/Sullivan Field - intersection of Monticello & Ironbound, 11-6.  Since I'll be in the area, I may have to grab dinner at Mongolian before I hit the road.

I'm still around.  Work stuff and wedding stuff is keeping me busy.  Or crazy.  so again, to all of those I've not been in contact with for far too long, I'm sorry.

I've had my first wedding-related nightmare... well, it wasn't really much of a nightmare - I didn't wake up in a panic or anything. The dream went on (into what I don't remember) and I woke up naturally. But the "nightmare" part was where I dreamt that the wedding was in 2 weeks and I still hadn't picked out the bridesmaid dresses ;-) Hmm, ( Read more... )
