In other news, it may be the Easter hols but I was in school today and shall be tomorrow. Great start me thinks!

Have just returned to work after a rather large attack of pain. Gp's response was to up my codine levels and to hurry my hospital appts along.

So I have returned to work doped up to the gills in the hope that this will somehow prove that I really am unable to teach / speak to parents tonight at parents evening. That is the hope anyways, else this ( Read more... )

The past few days have consisted of the following:

* Meeting my replacement at school and finding out most of my classes have been told about my impending departure - thanks for that!

* Being in agony for the majority of the weekend.

* Going out in Shields on a Friday night, seeking the tackiest places and finding them!!

In bed before half eight last night, and still actually getting out of bed at half 5 was an absolute nightmare! I can't actually wait for the Easter Hols (in two and a half weeks!!) just so I can SLEEP dammit. Stayed in school til gone half 5 last night, and plan to do something equally mental tonight.
