I've just been reflecting on resolutions, probably because ravelry has me thinking about them a lot. I decided to look up my resolutions from last year, and wow, did I lose track of where I wanted to be! Here they are:

Finish at least 4 chapters of my diss, and start on all chapters.

Recently, I've started some different projects. I made some baby bibs and burp cloths for my friend's new baby, I'm working on my first shawlette, and I'm slowly knitting away on my wedding chuppah. I also recently bought enough sock yarn in the same color to knit a cardigan! Anyway, I have not left my socks behind. Here are some pictures.

I've been traveling a lot, to CA for a conference, then to Columbus for Origins, and then last weekend to Indy to go to the Spiel's Formula De Tournament. I started the tournament in 17th place, and I ended up in 4th place! I got a trophy and everything. I'm down with this. Things I've done in italics... I've done more than I would expect! Also, I'm not good at keeping track of what my yarn is made of, so I know I've knit with wool, and that's about as far as it goes.
