Today was really eventful. Me and my mom were driving to the mall on the freeway when a construction truck full of power tools, wood, metal pipes, and glass raced from the on ramp onto the lane beside us. I hate people that are only nice to you when they need something. At times, I feel like slapping them in the face when they give you the cold shoulder, but when they need something it's like they are so desperate and needy, it's disgusting. It has been upsetting me lately to see how much appearance is such a big deal to people. To be hot and cool and "in" is really getting to far to where people do things like surgery and even self mutilation and other forms of self destruction just to feel more "pretty."
