This morning we all found out the Sean taylor died overnight. I was devastated. I cried outloud and was in tears all morning. I dont know why but I was very very attached to Taylor, who if you had asked me three days ago was the best safety to ever play in the NFL. I had just been in an argument with someone over that fact. So I have been playing my uke a lot, working out simple songs that interest me. I have so far nearly mastered "take it easy" by the eagles/ jackson browne. I have gotten really good at "shook me all night long" by ACDC which has tremendous comedy value to it, to play a song so identified with hard rock on a uke is cool. I listened to most of the testimony today from the hill. It was remarkable how stubborn Alberto Gonzales was. It was a lot of speech making, and rhetoric. Some of the senators really asked some good questions, trying hard to pin down the attorney general on some specific facts. I registered to enter a contest to become a host on public radio. It is sad that american Idol style constests have even reached the public airwaves but oh well. I like all those terrible singers have the rediculous theory that I can make it into radio this way. well today I had to have a meeting with my boss. It was a crappy meeting and I didnt like it. Every time it'smore of "you come off as cocky and think you are smarter than people" I have heard that all my life.
