It's been ages, I know sense I have wrote on lj. Things have not been that bad....I have been maintianing weight which is bad nor good. 99lbs has been the weight I'm stuck at. I would like to be 95lbs. Better number in my mind. Tonight I have to go to a Secret Santa type thing with all my old high school gal. I want to seriously look drop dead ( Read more... ) -
It's been a while...
I have not been doing horriably bad. I have been eating over my desired calorie intake too long. I have remained going to the gym and it's been majorly helping! I def have not lost weight, but not put on much either.Today is Monday and I feel back on track...I know, I say that all the time. I do thpugh, I feel weight loss time!!! Back on Track
I love 3's so December 3rd is the perfect day to whip my ass back into shape. I have been going to the gym.....it's actually been really nice.
Yesterday was my disaster day. I ate pumpkin cheesecake! Not to mention all the other crap I ate as well . I skipped the gym too. It was diasappointing. I have been picking my face and chest bunches. My face ( Read more... ) -
I'm tired
Today I awoke at 2 am. I have been up sense, on the internet. I told a friend I would be meeting hre at 9am at the gym to do some cardio. I'm going to have to some coffee. I'm yawning.
Out of pot once again....such a stupid cycle.

I admit it
I admit it.....I have been eating too much for my standards. I haven't gained nor lost. I'm so ready to lose lose lose. The new month is coming!! My husband I get more active this time of the year with parties and such, so I get in major restriction mode to look fabulous ( Read more... ) -
omg...I'm so excited!!
Today I finaly got a gym membership. It's not just any old gym, it's a luxruy gym!. They have tons and tons of classes that I would love to take. The sauna and steam room is a major pluse. Now I have no excuse to not workout.haha.
So today I only did 20 minutes of cardio and then went to steam....I know pathetic, but tomorrow I'll be working much ( Read more... ) -

Pretty decent day..
I had an abundant amount of herb. I ate okay for the most part. I even got out of the house for a while. I saw a movie with a friend. She's prego....so eating is def weird. I'm glad tomorroe is Monday! I love the begining of the week. Afresh and clean start!.

I feel so weird.
I have only had a non fat double latte from Starbuck's. I'm happy about that......however, the expresso makes me so anxious,sweaty, and nervous. It's a great for hunger but bad for anxiety levels.

I could not sleep, so I have been up sense about 3am. I even took Nyquil in the evening.
Anyways, I'm excited for today because today I "reinvent". Today I lose the weight I want to, I stop picking at my face, scalp, and chest and woork out. I'm going to get dolled up more. I'm just getting as close to perfection as I can.
