Dinner with friends
I have a pair of friends who tend to like to catch up with me as a pair. We usually go for food. We went for dinner the other night. The last time we went for dinner two notable things happened. 1) one of them said something that made me think a lot and 2) I threw up a little on the way home. Exams almost done.
Today's stats exam went much better than expected. I still feel bloody awful, though. I'm not really surprised at that however given I'm sleep deprived, under stress and my hormones are doing the lambada XD ( Read more... ) -
Update
Doesn't hurt to keep in touch with the world, right? Not much to report. I'm studying for the last 2 mid year exams. Thankfully it's down to the written ones now. Probably why I'm not so worried about them. The practical ones are the scary ones. Then again, these two are own an hour long each. Which makes me a but suspicious. *It* woke me up again this morning. That's two in a row now. I'm not liking this new pattern. Nor am I fan of the periodic flare ups during the day. I think I've found a game to put the monsters to sleep, though. Pick any letter and tell me as many words as you can that start with that letter. I saw a beautiful sunset this evening. I was driving home from clinical placement and I was feeling exhausted. I'm also sick at the moment so yay not XP. Anyway, I came around a corner onto a main road near home and suddenly got a beautiful view of the sky and the clouds in all these amazing colours. It was simply breath-taking. Stressed out...
...and not coping well at all. That nerve under my left eye has started twitching. It hasn't done that in years. It's going to be a long and painful however long it takes me to pull myself together. -
From now on, I talk about my feelings whether people like it or not.
Bleh. Rough night last night sleep wise. Couldn’t get comfortable due to back pain and couldn’t settle emotionally because my feelings kinda crept up on me and happened all at once. Woke up in the early hours uncomfortable, overheated and with the blankets ridiculously tangled. I think most of them ended up on the floor in the end. Getting up time ( Read more... ) -
The Problem
There simply isn't enough of me to go around at the moment. As soon as I sort out one clash in commitments two more appear. I'm constantly feeling tired and overwhelmed yet it seems I have no choice but to plow ahead and try to make it all work. -
Frozen (spoilers?)
I've figured out my 'meh' feelings about the film 'Frozen'. I wanted to like it but the fist time I watched it I was just "yeah it's a movie about stuff whatevs" and the second time I was all "well the songs are cute but still whatevs".
