He is!! That motherfu-- grr!!! It's not even that he's a bad history teacher, because I find his lectures interesting, but he's a bad teacher in the sense that he turned 20th C. History of Espionage into International Relations: 1900-1945. And he's a Luddite. I love the course syllabus printed up on electric typewriter, and the requirement that we submit printouts of every internet source used, including periodicals from the Ryerson library.

Man, the total best though was the entirety of the first three hour lecture spent going through the course syllabus with 40% of the time devoted to plagarism and 30% to how to access the U of T library system. As if he totally has a right to make us go wait around to get books brought down to us twice a day from the stacks we're not allowed access to just cause he teaches at a university with a shitty arts program and doesn't know how to use a computer.
