So, after much deliberation, my parents gave in and bought Rose Bowl tickets. I won't say for how much. But let's just say, it cost less than a thousand dollars per ticket, and more than a dollar.

Last night, my family went to the Trail of Lights. And today I bought a dress, with which I might audition for schools. I haven't decided if it's formal enough yet. Comments?
Also, I'm not wearing any makeup. And when my mom used a flash, it sort of made me look crazed. Well, I am.

A few nights ago I was driving home to Georgetown from work in Austin. There was this one star in the sky that was soooo bright and pretty. It reminded me of the star of Bethlehem. Today's classes were cancelled, which was nice. I slept a long, long time and blow dried my hair after my shower. (It takes about 20 minutes to blow dry my hair. It's that long now.) If I had a camera, I'd take a picture, but instead, you can use your imagination: my thick reddish-brown hair is almost to my HIPS. I think I will cut it in the spring ( Read more... )

I've found that when I pick out the most gaudy, sparkly pieces to model at James Avery I get the most compliments and related sales. For instance, today I wore these gigantic hammered silver hoops and this lady bought them on impulse. She wasn't even there to shop--she was there with a friend who was buying charms for her grandkids or something. ( Read more... )
