Reinstalling windows completely due to virus issues.... what a freakin pain in the ass. I've learned a couple fun new ways to make my computer crash in exciting and horrible ways 

Hit the gym 4 days this week!

It does feel good to be sore again. I think I'll be able to keep it up regularly this time, too

So I'm still ambivalent about my Obama skepticism; I like the directions he's trying to take with the major issues I'm paying attention to, like

A few updates on how things have been going:

- I feel like I want to get down to studying but I'm really bad at actually *doing* it. Yeesh being social is fairly exhausting recently. I found a good dorkily friend from okc- so I'm about to go with her to see the 5th Harry Potter movie at some place thats showing it for free (?)- this is the movie before the current one, I havent seen either. Still unsure on Spore, I think its more of a god/creator sim than it is an "evolution" sim, one day your dude can be walking around on 4 legs and then you can have a baby, give the new one wings and 2 legs and they can go flying off...

so though I try to keep the same basic design of my dudes, its more useful as a tool to create a bunch of crazy ( Read more... )

So I've determined that Magic was far too much of a money drain so I urgently needed some other game to take it's place. I decided on Spore, which is sort of an Evolution Simulator, and you make your creature grow and evolve over time... by "over time" i mean you start as a single celled organism and end up as a spacefaring civilization colonizing ( Read more... )
