Right before Dean went to Purgatory he was pregnant (like 3 or 4 months or something). And while in purgatory with Benny his stomach continues to grow, effecting his ability to fight due to the size. Maybe something in purgatory is messing with his system so he can't give birth, making him really overdue. I just want hugely pregnant Dean with a helpful Benny. Bonus points if Dean's pregnant with multiples.

Kicking from the babies was no longer visible from the outside because the skin could stretch no further--it was almost rock hard to the touch. Deans pregnant and a witch hears him complain about being huge at 6 months while at a diner with Sam. The witch curses him to be overdue (he can't be induced, can't cut his skin open for a c-section, nothing) and his stomach just keeps growing and growing and growing. Maybe he's like 14 months or 15 months pregnant before he finally goes into labor? What ever happens with Dean is up to the author. Bonus points if Dean's pregnant with Twins or Triplets or something.

Even nine months pregnant with twins Sam doesn't even look that big compared to Dean and their other offspring.

Sammy was a chubby 12 year old but by the time he's 14/15 Sam is downright fat. John isn't around that much to give him too much trouble for it and he hasn't paid Sam much attention anyway since he presented as Omega. Lately Sam has been getting even bigger and for some reason Dean seems really fascinated by it and even starts encouraging Sam's appetite before he is full out feeding him and worshipping at his brother's growing body. Things get sexual relatively quickly and one day while they're messing around Sam starts lactating. It turns out Omega Sam has been pregnant the whole time from a random school hookup (his first and only before Dean) several towns ago but since he was already pretty fat they didn't realize it. Would love if this drives Dean even wilder and maybe he waits on Sam hand and foot and can't wait to breed his brother up with his own offspring as soon as possible not giving Sam time to lose a pound.

Mary is appalled but grateful to be back now, since they seem to be struggling with their mobility and will soon need lots of care.
