Happy Easter!!

I made awesome monkey bread for breakfast and spent the rest of the day relaxing (think I'm fighting a cold and trying to not let it take over). Hope everyone enjoyed lots of candy!!

Even with all the decluttering and moving stuff to storage I did before putting this place on the market, I still can't believe how much I have to pack!! Everything is moving along with the sale and new purchase... inspections done, closing date set (April 20th, eek). I am so excited!!! After only a few days on the market I received an offer on my condo today. A little offer/counter-offer led to an agreement.... only verbal now. I'll sign all the papers with the changes tomorrow. I can't believe how quickly this happened. Guess it shows that pricing your home right really helps it sell, lol. Now I've got ( Read more... )

Had a nice, unscheduled day off. No surgeries today equals no work for doc. Got quite a bit of stuff accomplished around the condo. I keep slowly decluttering to put the condo on the market this spring. I really hope this place sells... I need more room, lol. Me plus five animals makes for a very crowded place ( Read more... )

Happy New Year!!

I'm spending a quiet evening at home. Was in Ohio over Christmas, drove back on tuesday and worked the rest of the week. Its rather nice to just unwind. Hope everyone is spending New Year's Eve exactly how they want to!

Yep, I'm still around. Always checking the flist, just don't post much. Went to Disney World this past weekend (actually a 4 day weekend). Met my mom, sis and dad there. Well, I guess I've been lucky. The only other major hurricane since I've lived in Virginia Beach was Isabel. Now its Irene... what is it with those "I" names hitting us??
