I'm groggy, flailing, and fussing.  Luckily, I don't have to go into Foundation Grounds today.  I think today is holy multiply recipes day.  Kitten Little is growing in her adult coat of fur and her stripes are coming back.  For a while she was just scattered black/brown but now she's coming through all lovely and stripe-tastic.  She'll be gorgeous ( Read more... )

The end analysis? I am, like other humans, much better at getting myself into pickles than getting myself out of them.

This does not apply to opening real time/space pickle jars, which I often can't do.  This is the reason I need friendly neighbors and/or room mates.  Not being able to open a jar of pickles is possibly the most frustrating thing ( Read more... )

If you go to bed at 7 a.m., waking up at 4 a.m., 9 ish hours later, makes perfect sense. Having a room mate still awake? Awesome (Hi squammie !).  We're both equal parts coherent. Saute 2 small onions (chopped) in butter.
