chicken thighs
1. Open chicken
2. rinse chicken
3. put a mixture of salt, garlic salt, paprika, and curry powder on chicken
4. make sure to get both sides
5. put chicken skin side down
6. put in oven
7. half way through cooking, flip over, so the skin is now up
8. finish cooking
9. check chicken, make sure juices run clear. If bloody, cook more.

strange thinking?

Am I Missing Something?
