Everything is finally settled here in La Jolla! My apartment is finally in perfect order, and the guests that have visited so far have enjoyed it. Rachel, my roommate, was here for a few days and we greatly enjoyed setting up our room, although her walls still seem a little blank. We will remedy that as soon as she comes in September! Weekend of Jubilee!
I'm all packed for a fun weekend at Yurika's! It's so odd that you never visit the homes of your college friends, although you are always visiting the homes of your high school friends. I'm really looking forward to actually seeing the home of one of my good friends from college because it seems so odd that I'm going to be sharing an apartment ( Read more... ) -

Tomorrow is my day of jubilee! which so happily coincides with the two hour season finale of LOST! I feel as if the season is just getting really, really good, and it's ending. Sort of makes me want to crawl into a corner of woe or something, but I shall survive. And hopefully it'll come out on DVD soonish and I can have an awesome Lost viewing ( Read more... ) -

Greetings from week 7! In one week I have my last midterm, which is very exciting and will of course cause me to have a whole weekend of jubilee at Yurika's house. I've reached the half way mark of the quarter! which called for a wonderful night of jubilee on Thursday night and a morning of jubilee on Friday. I spawned mussels again this week, which is always fun and exicting. I'm hoping at some point I'll be able to go out on the boats and outplant them, but I was too busy with midterms this time. This weekend consisted a ton of studying, crazy insane amounts of studying. But I actually feel ready for my O Chem test! Completely prepared on Sunday night for a Tuesday night exam. I'm back at school after a wonderfully relaxing spring break with a whole new set of classes. Metabolic Biochemistry is going to require a lot of work and so will the last quarter of O Chem. They understocked one of the books for my Developmental Neurobiology class that I decided to take yesterday, so I'm going to have to try to order it or wait ( Read more... )
