If you feel like a victim, then you are.

I know some people like being victims.  Without them, the far left would have no core constituency.  But I cannot figure out why anyone would enjoy that role.

Increasingly, in the last few years, I've run into more than a few of them on LJ, and while we are friends for a brief period, they ultimately stop ( Read more... )

LJ's escalating toward a rapid end? Have there been any changes put out that I missed - all seems normal on my end :-) I think everybody posts about the same amount as they have always done . . . heck, some people are even routing their tweets to LJ now instead of posting a real post.
Personally I've always thought my posts are mundane because they are usually whatever I'm doing at a particular time. So I guess my question would be, do you consider my LJ in the "look forward to reading" or "don't mind reading" category?

i'm really not that cantankerous. i just live in the real world and realize that life's not fair. ;-p

you don't always subscribe to the soft bigotry of low expectations like most of my leftie readers so i wouldn't really be able to label you as a victim if you were to suddenly stop reading.

I try to keep up on my friend's list but I've been really busy ever since the Obamanation took place so I haven't had as much time to update. I'll get back into the swing of it though.

Pssssssshhh... whatever. I will always update my LJ, regardless of how "cool" it is or how many others are left on LJ to read it. LJ has always been about keeping a chronicle of my life for myself - not only entertaining everyone else.

I enjoy reading your updates, Dane. Even if I don't agree with them. You better keep writing the same blunt and honest posts that you have always written - if not for your own sake, then mine. :-)
