Black Friday (oh god)

While the reports of prison shankings over common gaming consoles have haunted the recent shopping explosion, the Friday after Thanksgiving has always been too big to be sane.

Cyber Monday started two years later. That was after the tough bush of 2003. We kept waiting for the discount Slip-n-Slide. But they never came.

Seriously - what you said.

Also, I always liked my local Circuit City (RIP) in it's last year or two of business, because it was doing so little business that I could always find movies/music/games that were a few years old and couldn't find anywhere else...because nobody was buying any of it.

It was alright sometimes. I liked the record/cassette/CD bins. After Tower Music closed down, we had to go somewhere.
