That I think what I think?
Who's to know that my thoughts
Boil over the top, overexuberant,
Bursting through heavy water....
Only to explode from the pressure
Of rationality.
But they are possible, my day-dreams,
Yet I need to walk out on a limb
that shakes with each step
every movement makes it sag.
But my god - what if it doesn't

Time is a bit tricky at my age
(sounds like I believe I'm an old sage)
It goes fast and slow in fits and starts
(The slow parts are heavy)
Can't help but think the slow wastes time
(There are years ahead - vaguely)
I think I want to leave this clime.

Looking back on what you've had
Reflections in the water
Looking forward to what will come
Staring through air to the clear blue sky
Looking at the here and now -
Combine the sky and water
Splashing thousands of droplets

By the way, the previous post wasn't about love at all. I just want something new and different with desirable characteristics. You all cwazy :P or maybe you just don't really get the asymptotic behavior I was describing?

I want it to end the right way. I want to look back and remember it fondly as something that was new, better, worth it. I don't want it to tail off into oblivion - Just another infinitely slow approach to an asymptote that is higher than the last one, but still just as calmly serene about it's negative, but almost zero derivative.
