Hello, Colin. Many thanks for the link to your wonderful presentation!

I'm the "oidupaa" saintlex keeps posting about -- her boyfriend (and soon, I hope, a lot more). I really cherish the time I had with her dad, and your presentation both gives me many new insights into ALS and, in some way, helps me to feel connected to her dad all over again. Though your life story is quite different from his, I think you share with him a remarkable and inspiring optimism.

I was also very pleased to see that your smile on video is even warmer and friendlier than it is in your icon :-)

Thanks again, and please be well.

Hurray for some good news -- you haven't had much lately. Have you tried the lorazepam yet? I've got some but haven't used it yet.

been using it for a couple of days. It takes away the panicky short of breath feeling when i wake up from an unventilated nap. Seems quite nice, actually.

Ad s little morphine at bedtime.

Nice presentation, though I must admit it's almost impossible to associate your hand and facial gestures with what's being said. Maybe that's because such gestures are usually accompanied by a change in the voice.

That is quite a challenge as A speaker.
