I've never been to a great party because really I just don't like them. I'd far rather spend my time with a few close friends than forcing myself to be falsely sociable. I like to hear what people say and I'm no good at small talk.

Right now, want I want most in the entire world is to hear the rumble of thunder and the opening thud of the first fat, heavy raindrops. I would run outside in my bare feet to watch the lightning storm and rejoice, breathing in the heady smell of rain as I got soaked to the skin ...

I've been quiet for a few days but I've managed to do something entirely new to me ... I've spent some time making my own Indian style lime pickle, which I'm immensely proud of.
