Iron Man was freaking tight. There was no part of it that wasn't unmitigated awesome. A guy in front of us stood up and screamed in an orgiastic geekgasm at the end of it. I will reread every Iron Man comic I own because of this damn movie. More later, after I have rested.

So I have today off, thanks to working for the State of Georgia. And I haven't done a whole lot with it. I DDRed for half an hour, went to visit Becca at her job, grabbed lunch there, stopped by Stairway Toys and failed to buy a first edition Dungeon Master's Guide, and watched a little Dune. Bah. Hopefully the evening will be more eventful.

was awesome. The Halloween party was a blast, even if I did have to change costumes at the last minute. There is a pretty great picture of me as Batman, though. Saturday was spent in recovery, until the afternoon, which I went with Phil and them and bought comic books. I was looking forward to this weekend for a while. I got my first big paycheck, from working for the state. I was going to use it and go out and get kittens, as I had been talking forever about wanting pets. In addition, Chelsea had invited us up to play Laser Tag in Marietta on Friday night.
