I know this is a really really long shot, but I was curious if anyone on here was from the Dallas area of Texas...or anywhere near there, really.
I'm moving there in about 4 months, and would absolutely LOVE to have a Tea Friend once I get there.

Typed this up for myself for easier reference when I perform citric acid cleaning (which is unfortunately less often than every 3 months). Hello everyone!

I was wondering if anyone else had ever tried any of the teas from Thé Metropolitan Tea Company. We have a wide selection of their teas at my work, and on their website you can't even see their selection unless you're a vendor. If you have tried their stuff, what did you think? :o)

I'm curious about cooking with tea. I have a lot of loose tea that I'd like to experiment with. Mostly different types of fruit tea (lots of black tea, some green and the occasional rooibos). So has anyone got any recommendations? It can be for anything! Cakes, bread, cookies, anything. I just want to try something.

I've recently become aware of a tea shop in my area, so I went to investigate and saw that they have both bulk tea blends and bulk tea ingredients. I'd LOOOOVE to make my own tea blends, but I've no idea where to start, so... Does anyone know of any tea recipes?
