We went to Creekside Farm in Selma last weekend and did a U-Pick. They had the most luscious, big blueberries...which I haven't finished processing. Expect some new recipes in the near future.

Summer Grilled Peach Salad
This was absolutely delicious. The fruit was topped with salty, pungent Gorgonola, heated until creamy. Baked Penne with Roasted Vegetables
This was good, but could've been made even better with more seasoning. In the end, I heavily salted and peppered. Changes from original recipe are noted below. And plan on using a 8" square or round in addition to a 9 x 13" baking dish. Served with a simple salad.
