I've taken up jogging and my abdominals are terrifically sore. That's not from the jogging though, that's from the sit ups, which I have also taken up. I want to look good and feel better. Just talking
I haven't posted here in ages. I haven't written a poem in nearly as long. I think I need to be love sick in order to keep up on these things and now that I'm married I am not love sick. Ugh...
I'm sick. I've spent the last two days bedridden. Yesterday I was not only bedridden, but coughing every five seconds. Cough medicine doesn't work. I went to the pharmacy to get some cough suppressant and I asked for the best, strongest one they had. It supposedly gives twelve hours of relief.
