*Goals*
-at least one fruit AND one veg per day.
-80+oz of water per day.
-NO candy/alcohol in month of July.
-start week 2 c25k July 1st---3x per week thereafter
-stop snacking so much! 2 snacks a day, one AM one PM
-stick to calorie goals every day (i do a zig zag cycle, mostly it's around 1600--higher a few days a week--never over 2000 tho)
-lose 8 lbs
