I love the Fleur comment. It's true. She had none of the flare the book Fleur had. The snotty "but 'e is just a child". And she just showed more spine in the book.

Good point about Sirius. They also cut out the part about Rita Skeeter being an animagus. That becomes fairly important in the next one.

As for missing Weasleys, I was a little disappointed that we didn't meet Charlie. He was one of my favorite parts of this book.

And then no Dobie. Sad, that.

Agreed on all points. I think that they did well with putting it on film, but so much depth was lost.

nope! i wasnt even into it til movie dos. i figure if i read the books then ill end up not liking the movies
