Here if your inspection report is under 6 months old you can use it instead of another inspection If your first sale falls through. Do have that option?

Makes sense, but I don't know--here it's the buyer who arranges and pays for the pre-purchase inspection, so I don't think we ever even see the report. Just any issues they might pass along and want us to fix before sale (though we aren't obligated to do so).
