Spent way too long on this. Not sure if it’s what the OP wanted, ‘cause it ended up being more along the lines of dubious consent than rape. But, hey, I tried, and I think the result was tainted by my own preferences in what I wanted to see in this awesome scenario.

Oh, and I tried to fit in the “broken bottle” prompt, but it didn’t end up the way I think the OP was hinting at (I tried going that direction, but failed miserably), so I decided on an alternate route.
