so i was reading my stuff on biomechanics and one article puts it quiet simply. and it made me think
why do i hurl myself into the air at +10 mph then expect to rotate a couple times and then gracefully land on one foot. come on now.

just a thought for the day. pawn shops should be open on sundays too. fyi.
