The last week of 2010 was spent getting things back in order and child birth class. On Monday I did the gym and groceries..possibly my last gym trip before Marley gets here. So a lot of mid November was about school work. WE ended up doing a massive project for my Power class looking at the possibility of converting our Federal income tax system into a ecological value added tax..I think we did a really great job. So I feel like I'm facing a bit of cognitive dissonance over this wikileaks issue. There is aperson who I once was, just a few years ago, who would have shouted "hurrah" at such a feat. So it turns out Gallitzin, PA is a town where money does not matter....okay that is not necessarily true, but everything is extremely cheap there, especially if you are coming from Hawaii, or any metropolitan area in the U.S. So this became a pretty important element of our trip as we begin to use this cute little corner diner/bar as our main place ( Read more... )
