Paul went from sleeping 6-7 hours at night at 2 months old, to now at 7 months, waking up every 2 hours. We tried bigger jammies. WE tried changing the temp of his room. I'm starting to resent some of Tyler's actions when it comes to helping me with Paul. He hasn't felt %100 the past 2 weeks, so I have been getting up all times with Paul. When it's only once or twice a night thats fine, but when it's three times, or like one night, up once but for three hours, it wears on me a little. I haven't felt great ( Read more... )

My first day at work at the new job was good. It was good.

I got a new job. A great job. Benefits(which we won't use but still),paid holidays,sick days,personal days, paid vacation after a year, a full 40 hours a week, and $1.50 an hour than I was making. I start on the 19th ( Read more... )

The Good: I went for a job interview yesterday, and go back for a second interview tomorrow. Yesterday the president of the company said he would like to make me an offer. Paul Victor Smith was born on Wednesday at 3:50 pm after 8 hours of labor. He weighed in at 8lbs 13 oz, and was 20 3/4 inches long. I'm getting ready to nurse, so don't have much time for more info, but will get back when I can!

Tuesday night I started having contractions. We tried to wait them out until 12:30am, but decided to go to the hospital because they were so close together. When I got hooked up to the monitors they were coming every 2 - 3 minutes. Around 3 am the nurse gave me a shot that was supposed to stop the contractions, and they didn't stop. Oh I wish this was the case. I got payed today, and finished balancing the check book/paying our bills. For the past 3 months, we have gone over the amount of money we have by $300. Floating checks to get to the next payday is not my idea of a good time. I'm starting to get the idea that we truly have more bills than we have money, and I don't ( Read more... )

Well....Wednesday before I was about to leave work, my Boss decided to let me know that the "new girl" would be coming in on Monday to start her training.
