I'm such a mix of everything right now.. Today has not been a good eating day for me. Today marks my one week since starting to eat healthier, and I'm running out of food too. Holy cow. I never knew my body could feel like this! I just did my first day of Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred, and I feel like my arms and legs weigh 50lbs more than normal!
